I have been an entrepreneur most of my life and love operating and managing my own business. In Minneapolis, I created, owned, and operated Dashe & Thomson, a $6M technical writing and training business for 25 years (still going strong today). I have been a realtor for 7 years with Century 21 Sea Coast, now Sea Coast Exclusive Properties. Real estate has become a true passion. In other parts of my life, I love to read, was in a Book Club for 30 years in Minnesota, and started a Book Club in California when I moved here five years ago.

Since I am now quite officially a Senior, I am focusing part of my real estate practice on the Senior demographic. The Baby Boomers are turning 65 this year, and many, many people will have issues about how to stay in their homes, where to move, and how to move. I am here to help them. Personally, I have three adult sons, two daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren, Max and Gaby. My two older sons live and work in Minneapolis. My youngest son and his wife live in Irvine. I live in Cardiff, work in Encinitas, and work out every day at Cardiffit; since moving to CA seven years ago, I have become a true believer in fitness and a healthy lifestyle. In November of 2009, I walked the 3-Day, 60-mile Walk for Breast Cancer and finished 110 out of 3000. I also enjoy professional sports and am a huge Padres and Chargers fan (having transferred allegiance from the Twin and Vikings). |
